Michael Terpening, convicted sex offender, decided to go it alone at the Michigan Supreme Court. No lawyer.

And the court has turned down his latest efforts to have his original convictions overturned from 2012 following a refusal by the Michigan Court of Appeals to overturn his conviction, twice.

Terpening pled no contest to raping a then 10 year old child.
