I did not appear as the Terpening Followers ordered and it seems no arrest warrant was issued. I guess the Terpening Followers legal perdictions were just more nonsense.  The next hearing is scheduled for 8:30 am July 13, 2012.

At today's hearing the court dealt with a number of issues.

So your humble writer did not appear. Will I appear at the next hearing on July 13? Stay tuned to see...

The court spent much of the day hearing arguments about what is going to be allowed at trial. The story of how Michael Terpening told lies to fool people about his education to get access to kids is going to be heard at trial, other teens Michael Terpening had sex with will not be heard. The court has not ruled on issues like the family member who accused Terpening of sexually abusing her when he was 16 years old.

Basically the Attorney General's office is seeking to bring in all the evidence they have showing Michael Terpening intentionally set up his activities for the purpose of procuring young men for sex, in some cases from the State of Michigan, itself.
